Looking for to resolve the Match formula in attached file

Hi,

Can anyone support me to resolve the issue in attached file.

I was looking for an excel formula once the values selected in Column C & Column D, automatically the value has to be shown in Column E. The values to be shown in Column E are already entered in the Sheet named "Matrix". I have used Index & Match formula, but I am not getting the result. Hope someone can guide me to resolve the issue.

It works fine (and you need to remember to get rid of the line breaks in cells a10 and A11 of the matrix - done for you here).

This worked for me with your example...
=INDEX(Matrix!$B$2:$E$19,MATCH(Register!C7,Matrix!$A$2:$A$19,0),MATCH(Register!D7,N_Instance,0))
