    Using Excel to help to select lotto number - %

    Dear
    Can somebody tell me where is my mistake?
    I try to create an excel system base on past lotto results, to predict, in percentage, the number of the next draw with the formula:

    for the number 1:
    =(COUNTIF($B9:$B4217;U1))/($J$6)
    for the number 2:
    =(COUNTIF($B9:$B4217;V1))/($J$6)
    etc...

    for the numbers from 1-4:
    =((COUNTIF($B$9:$B$1095;"<=4")-(COUNTIF($B$9:$B$1095;"<1"))))/$J$6
    for the numbers from 5-9:
    =((COUNTIF($B$9:$B$1095;"<=9")-(COUNTIF($B$9:$B$1095;"<5"))))/$J$6

    I think I have some mistake?

    see attach excel
    thanks a lot!

    Numbers between 1 and 4

    =(COUNTIFS($B$9:$B$1095,"<=4",$B$9:$B$1095,">=1"))/$J$6

    Similar for other ranges

    Perhaps change comma (,) to semi-colon (";") ?

    thank you very much sir !

    what is your opinion about the formula
    for the number 1:
    =(COUNTIF($B9:$B4217;U1))/($J$6)?
    Can be add something additional into the formula?

    Formulae in U6:W6

    =(COUNTIFS($B$9:$B$1095,">=1",$B$9:$B$1095,"<=4")/$J$6)

    As before you may need to change to

    =(COUNTIFS($B$9:$B$1095,">=1";$B$9:$B$1095,"<=4")/$J$6)
