Cell value/color change basis time

Hi

I am working on something like a availability tracker where I want a cell to go green or change its value to Available between a specified time say 10 to 7 after which I want to again go back to normal / Offline till the next day until it strikes 10 again.

Any leads would be appreciated.

One way to achieve this is to create an ontime schedule event. In a standard module, Use the code below:
