Count amount of times "A/L" text appears in a row

Please see the attached image.

I was hoping to count the amount of times "A/L" appears in a row, and add it to column AH.

Ideally, if it can detect that it's that shade of blue also, that would be brilliant, in case we decide to have a mix of blue and orange "A/L" cells (but only wanted the blue ones counted)

Any ideas?

Look at COUNTIF function
