    How to define one name range with multiple columns

    I am trying to figure out if there is a way to set one name range for multiple columns to use in a formula. For example, I have attched a picture below and also a workbook is added:

    Capture.JPG

    Is there a way to name the ranges for two columns as one reference like the following:
    Days: A2:A6 and C2:C6

    Amount: B2:B6 and D2:D6
    This would be so all the days columns ould be one name in the name manager but two column references and the same for amounts.

    So that when I compute my formula it would be:
    =SUMIFS(Amount,Days,">="&Today(),Days,"<="&EOMONTH(Today(),0))

    I hope that someone understands what I am trying to do and can assist if it actually is possible.

    Thanking anyone in advance.

    The answer is no: but why do want the data in 4 columns rather than 2? It makes no sense and is not the way data should be organised.

    Thank you, after fiddling I figured there might not be a plausible answer. That's the way I wanted the data arranged, just my preference.

    Please do think seriously about how you arrange your data as a lot of non-productive time is spent trying the "get round" bad data organisation.

    Tools like Power Query (Get and Transform) "thrive" on good data organisation as does Excel generally.
