Higlight words in columns from another list

Hi guys,

I have a keyword list (column A). I want to highlight any mention of words from the list in column A in red, that exist in columns I and column J. Can aynone provide guidance on how to do this please?

For example cell A5 has the word charge, the word charge exists in cell J8: Charge (with a capital C). I would want this highlighted. I need the solution to be able to pick up any word even if it is not case sensitve.

Using IS NUMBER conditional formatting, is there a way to get the formula to highlight cells without words being case sensitive?

=OR(ISNUMBER(FIND($A$1:$A$15,I2)))

I.e.

charge (column A) and Charge or CHarge or CHARGE

can these be defined as acceptable matches/one match so itshould be highlighted?
