Count number of words in cells, total for 2 columns and sort the range

Hi guys,

I have 2 columns with words. Good points and Bad points

I am trying to 'count the words in the cells' for each column, then sum up the total of words in both columns and sort my list by smallest to highest range to make 'reading' the content quicker from shortest in range to longerst. Can someone advise why my sort function is not working? the numbers are not appearing in smallest to largest order!

Choose from column A to L
Sort on column L
