Average per day count

Good afternoon all,

I require some assistance with a formula I'm sure actually exists.

What I'm after is, I have a start and end date for scheduling along with an amount that needs installing. From Monday to Friday, production will be full but on a Saturday it will be half. I need a formula that calculate what each day needs between the two dates but weight the weekday and weekend differently. Example attached.

I want the formula to be able to be as automatic as possible so minimal input is required for the next project.

Cell C5=$B$7*IF(C3="Saturday",0.5,1), copy across
