I want to Remove every 5 rows from my excel sheet. Is there a way to automate it?

    I want to Remove every 5 rows from my excel sheet. Is there a way to automate it?

    E.g. I want to remove row 2 to 6, 8 to 12 and so on until the end of file.
    Please advice.
    Row 1,7,13 etc will retain.
