If(Index(Match with multiple criterias

Hi again,
I have a formula that Fluff13 helped me out with (in Col I in "All products") . But I have one more question. What do I do when I need the if formula for a specific type of product ? For example in col J:M need to match up with col B in Sheet1 and incorporate the if formula that it is in col I.
