Min IF Function results

I am using a Min IF Function on a number of rows.....

=MIN(IF(A:A=[Cell Number],M:M))

If the value of cell number does not appear in column A I generally get a "N/A" result.

However on one example I am getting a 0 result.

Would any one know why this would occur?... the cell value definitely doesn't appear so I am at a loss!

Can pull together sample data if required. Thanks.

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
