Question Conditional formatting with formula and several criteria

    Hello, everyone!

I came across a task which should be quite easy (imho), but I can't reach any right idea for that.
So, I have a range of stock data, where

    -RIC is the company name
-RecDate is the date when the stock had a recommendation
-Analyst is the person who made recommendation
-Rec is the recommendation (1-buy, 2-sell)

The task is to calculate the change of recommendations from a certain analyst and for a certain company. The idea is that the formula should identify the first recommendation of a certain analyst across certain company name and indicate it as "first" (if the recommendation is the first across selection), repeated positive/negative (if the recommendation had no change from first recommendation level), negative-positive/positive-negative (if the recommendation from an analyst has changed for 1 level, e.g. 1 to 2 / 2 to 1)

I also attach a sample file, where the column E is the final result example done manually.

    Thank you all beforehand!
