Calculate median from a partial set of data

Would like the MEDIAN from a SECTION of DATA

I have done this with two columns in the past. Hoping to get it to one.

    DATA LISTED IN COLUMN A
A1 would have the oldest number
A2 the next most recent number, etc

CELLS CAN CONTAIN NUMBERS OR BLANKS
In an example, over 11 rows
    there are 7 NUMBERS
I would want to know the MEDIAN of the 5 most recent entries

    306
    blank
    110
    blank
    blank
    760
    434
    534

    blank
    602
    230

The oldest two, 306 and 110, would be ignored
Of the other 5, the MEDIAN would be 534

New data and blanks added all the time (say up to 500 rows)

    Thank you
