Intersection of many data

Hi,
I have to give some mark to my students.
I have 100m run time in the left and i'd like to give a mark depending on their age (class from 1st to 5th) and *** according to the boxes in the right.

For example Marco run 14.72 (the minimum of his row) and since he's a male in the first class (as you can see in C1 and A4) he'll get a 7 (L8 cell).

How can I create a formula in G4 to perform this? I could annidiate 2 IF conditions, but at this point I don't know how to select the correct box in which marks are stored.

My algorithm is: M vs F different: 2.5;
age (1,2,3) and age (4,5) group different: 0.5
So using weeknest table (F & 123), mark should be making up: his/her best mark + 2.5 (if Male) + 0.5 (if 123)
