Formula for calculating gross price knowing only VAT rate and VAT amount

Hello, i need a formula to calculate the gross price knowing only VAT rate and VAT amount.
For example.
i know vat rate is 24%
i know the vat amount is 48€
i want to get the 248€ as a result

Any help is much appreciated

Assuming the value subject to VAT is called Net Value
Net Value * VAT Rate = VAT Amount => Net Value = VAT Amount / VAT Rate
Gross Value = Net Value + VAT Amount = VAT Amount / VAT Rate + VAT Amount = VAT Amount * (1 / VAT Rate + 1)

So how will be the formula in cell? Lets say the 48€ is C1 and the vat rate 24% is C2. At C3 i want the result of 248
I am little confused...

Formula for C3=C1*(1/C2+1)
