    Show top 3 results...IF...

    Hi all,

    I have the following data:

    See attached xlsx...

As you can see I am trying to show the top 3 accounts that have the highest number of staff (note the duplicate value of 20 for rows 4 and 8), and IF the account is active.
I have tried many different methods of doing this, index/match/large/if..............Large(filter(if......... (CSE formulas), but I'm just not getting the desried results.

Any help would be extremely welcome...

    Regards,

    MBP

Hello Matt BP. Welcome to the forum.

Please attach the workbook that pasted copy comes from. It saves retyping data you already have. The instructions for doing so are in a gold banner at the top of each page here.
