Filter formula (excel 365)

Hi

I am kindly asking for Filter Formula (Office 365) to produce monthly sales and monthly sales by Region using information on Sales by Region (A3:D13)
Note that C18 and H18 are a drop down list. See the attached excel.

=FILTER(A4:D13,(A4:A13>=--(1&C19))*(A4:A13<EDATE(1&C19,1)),"")

and

=FILTER(A4:D13,(A4:A13>=--(1&C19))*(A4:A13<EDATE(1&C19,1))*(C4:C13=H19),"")
