Highlighting cells of a column which is appearing more than once, except some values

In google sheet, I have used this Custom formula for highlighting cells which appears more than once

=countif(A:A,A2)>1. this is working perfectly

Now I want this formula shouldn't highlight for some values (in my case 2/3 numbers) I specify, even if they appears more than one.

Please help.
