Join Cells using TEXTJOIN

Can someone help please, I have multiple faults that come to me and they can all be different, sometimes all six cells have info, others could have three, four or five depending on the issue. The first two always remain the same, I need to combine cells A3:A6 but I don’t want the cell with “Defect Codes: ........” wether it be A4, A5, A6 so my results would be for example 1
Gauge Issue, Poor Top, Ineffective Clips
and example 2
Poor Top, Ineffective Clips
I’ve used TEXTJOIN to get so far but can’t work out how to remove the other cells be it blank or with “Defect Codes”

A1 Priority: 1
A2 Fault Number:
A3 Gauge Issue
A4 Poor Top
A5 Ineffective Clips
A6 Defect Codes: RA13,TG13,SL08

Example 2
A1 Priority: 2
