Hi, I run a business where I get 5% cashback on all money spent if I use a certain credit card. I'm trying to track the cashback total amount based off of the order amount (Supplier Cost, aka column P). Based off of the $100 transaction with "Yes" in column Q ("Yes" meaning the credit card WAS used for me purchasing the product) and the $50 transaction with "No" in column Q ("No" meaning I DID NOT use the credit card for purchasing the product), I will get 5% back on the $100 transaction (because "Yes", the credit card was used) and no cashback from the $50 transaction (because "No", the credit card was not used). So the total in the red cell we know should be $5 (because 5% of $100 is $5).
I'm in search of help with the formula to calculate the 5% on the transactions in the "Supplier Cost" column (column P) only for transactions that have "Yes" in the Q column. I know my way around formulas, but I clearly do no know enough to figure this one out. I've spent about 10 hours in the past two days to figure this out (going slightly insane), so I figured I'd ask the experts themselves. Thank you in advance. I greatly appreciate it!
