Rotating schedule with multiple criteria

Hello,

I am trying to automate a schedule for work. Each day we have three position (C,B,I) and we have a maximum number of 8 staff. I am trying to account for days off, holidays, the assignment being random, and the assignment not schedule the same staff back-to-back for the same task in a week, but alternative tasks are allowed; i.e. not being on ‘C’ twice a week, but can be on ‘C’,’B’, or ‘I’ within the same week. I also need to have the possibility of scheduling a fourth task ‘P’, as the need arises. I’ve tried multiple index, rand, randbetween, and other functions. The layout of the calendar can be changed as needed. Let me know if anything else is needed. Thanks.
