Filter for rows containing 1 of multiple OR criteria

Hello everyone,

This is probably a SUPER simple question but I've been searching all day and cant find anything that works

I have a table of data and I want to basically create a new table of only rows containing certain values in column B.

In my example, I want my new table to only consist of rows from the original table that contain the words "cookies" or "cupcakes". Even better if the new table can be on a separate sheet.

I hope that this makes sense. Thank you for your help!

If you put Cookies in G2 & cupcakes in G3 then you can use

Awesome, thank you! Is there a way to do it so that I don't have to have the filter values listed in another table? I'm hoping to make it as easy as possible for my coworkers to copy and paste the formula in their own spreadsheets.
