How to change other cells results with dynamic scenarios

I NEED YOU HELP!
I have attached a example of the spreadsheet. For the below explanation:

I am doing a 5 year financial forecast for my startup to present to investors. I was asked to make a dynamic workbook, which am in the process of completing.

I need to show impact on the Total operating expenses if an investment of a certain amount is received during a seed round, Series A, Series B and Series C in a given year . These investments will affect our Total operating expenses by a certain percentage value.

I have made dynamic scenarios scroll down menu: No investment - Low Round - Good round - High round
No Investment = no movement
Low Round = an increase of 10% of Total operating expenses
Good round = an increase of 15% of Total operating expenses
High round = an increase of 20% of Total operating expenses

For the seed round an investment for example could be 500$K (Low round) - 750$K (Good round) and 1$M (High round). The same logic is true for the other round.

The issue when I make a scenario choice from the dynamic scroll down in cells "C5 - D6 - E7 and G8", I want this to change the investment amount and to be reflected in the Total operating expenses cell where the amount of this cell will change by 10%, 15% or 20% depending of the investment.

The IF value cells are: "I12, I13, I14", Investment amount cell changes are: "C85 - D86 - E87 and G88". The amount and results to change are in cell: "C23 - D23 - E23 and G23" by adding the percentage of cell I12 - I13 and I14 (10%, 15% or 20%) and this according to the investment to be received and showing in cells: "C85 - D86 - E87 and G88".

I need assistance finding the good formulae to resolve this. It seems I not using the proper logic ahah!!

Multiple other spreadsheets are link to these results. These are not a problem.
