Show corresponding cell data

Hi

I am trying to show a quarter by quarter analysis where the current total shows the contents of any cells in a row that do not yet contain data.

So if I show a column with Qtr date I want a current total cell to contain the qtr 2 date but when I enter qtr 3 data the current total cell changes to show qtr 3 instaed of qtr 2

Any help please? I have attached a sample spreadsheet

If you have QTD it means that, always, the grater value corresponding to the most recent quarter you enter?
In that case you can use MAX or Large
