Rounding Off Days converted to year, months an days

Hi,

My query is I have applied Dateif formula and converted days to years, months and days in excel.

For ex: 2112 days converted to 5 years, 9 months and 12 days.

I need the result as 6 years if the converted year exceeds 5 year and 6 months else the result as 5 year.

How to do that, please help.
