Pulling 'Populated' Data Only

Hello,

I am looking for help when it comes to pulling only 'active' data, what I mean by this is on the attached spreadsheet there are 2 tabs of focus "Manifest" and "Paste Here", what help I am looking for is when a manifest is pasted on the "Paste Here" tab (always the same format), it will actively only pull through "Part Codes" that have quantities against them, the kicker being this also needs to be done with the parts. Simply put, on the "Manifest" tab under "Part Code" and "Exp Qty" columns I would like for it to only pull through the part codes, along with the qty that have populated data. I hope the attached spreadsheet has enough data to work with.

That information would help.

On the "Paste Here", columns A & E (when a part code as a qty in the E column) need to be pull through to the A & D columns on the "Manifest" tab.
