Highlight/Show differences between two sheets

Hello,

I've been tasked with providing weekly updates on the status of projects, but I'm having some difficulty showing the differences from week to week. I've attached a sample spreadsheet with dummy data that has the type of data that I'm working with.

Essentially, every Monday morning I look at the project list and compare it to the previous week. I then need to figure out what has changed for any existing project and also highlighting any new project that has popped up since the previous week.

In the sample spreadsheet, the "Previous Week" tab shows the projects from last week and the "Current Week" tab shows the projects for this week. I'm trying to figure out a way to highlight what has changed from the previous week. For example, if any of the project start or end dates changed for any existing project. Or if an entire new project has appeared since the new week.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Conditional format.
In Current week sheet.
For new project. Select D2:D8. Formula for CF

To clarify further: Ideally, I'm looking to show changes from the "Current Week" to the "Previous Week" based on the ID column (each project has its own unique ID #). This column will never change from week to week, unless it's a brand new project. So the things that could change from week to week would be anything in column A and columns C through H. So I'm looking to highlight these changes, but then also highlight when a brand new project ID shows up.

Would it be easier to show all of these changes/differences in a new tab?

I feel that if you would manually mock up how you would like to 'highlight/show' the changes in the file attached to post #1, then we would have a better idea of how to automate the process.
