Moving Data using functions or macros

Is there a function or a macro to check cells in a particular column in Excel, if the value is not blank, cut and paste those cells into the corresponding cells in the next column? For example, in the attached image - if the values in Column B, D, F and H are not blank, cut and paste it into corresponding cells in Columns C, E, G and I Columns.
