Extract Unique Value from 2 lists and sort ascending

    Hi,
I would like to compare the two lists of data with its adjacent values. I think it is possible through extract the unique distinct value from the two lists with array formula.
The unique value should be an ascending order and the value may text or numeric. It may contain blank cells also. Is array formula good for huge data? (I have huge amount of data). Is there any other suggestions of non array formula? Could you anyone to solve my doubts. Your support will be highly appreciable!

    Sheet 1 (sale Data 2020)
A Column- Product Name (Text or Value)
    B Column- Sale quantity
    C Column- Selling Price

    Sheet 2 (sale Data 2021)
A Column- Product Name (Text or Value)
    B Column- Sale quantity
    C Column- Selling Price

    Sheet 3(Result)
A Column- Product Name - Unique value from Sheet1 and Sheet2 (Ascending Order)
    B Column- Sale quantity (2020)
    C Column- Selling Price (2020)

    D Column- Sale quantity (2021)
    E Column- Selling Price(2021)

    Thanks in advance.
    Cathrine.

Please update your forum profile to MS365, but you also need to tell us the oldest version that this needs to work on.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
