Allocate excess amount to lower cells

Dear,

I would need a formula where I could allocate excess amount from one column in another column with the following restrictions:

1) Where E column is never higher than B column

2) If there is a room from the C column allocate the excess amount from D making sure the E column should never be higher than the B column

Explain in WORDS the way that you have calculated the values in the four rows of your sample data. It is far from clear to me what is going on here.

It seem like you want to put all amount of Apple1,2,3 into a container, with maximum capacity is 85,000 in C5.

If it is correct, try in E2:
