When I use the function VLOOKUP (Cerca.vert in my language) it doesn't give me the correct result.

This portion CERCA.VERT(B5;E6:G16;2;1) is an approximate match and should be used for ranges but your ranges need to be in ASCENDING order, not descending order. Try to adjust column E into ascending order along with nd the subsequent data in F and G.

You want the result of "Call value" to be 12.7 ; 12.6 or another value?
