Pivot Table Query - Need to Understand DIV/0 error

Need your help to know the reason/logic for getting #DIV/0! error for Seg-4 in the pivot table.

I think you may need to change your "Average of Case ID" to "Average of Ageing". Case ID is text, but average functions require values.

Concept is clear forever .
