Conditional Formatting based on multiple criteria

Untitled.png

Hello everybody:
I'm trying to figure out how can I do the following conditional formatting between two sheets that have information in different order (as seen in the picture):
1. Conditional format a cell that has a value (K1 in the picture) after matching H1 with any matching value from column A then finding J1 in the matched row (From C1 to E1)
2. Conditional format if K2 has no value but it still found in the matched row
3. Conditional format if K3 has not a match in the other spreadsheet.

Thank you!

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
