CF not picking up one option

Col L on attached shows what fill should be for each Option selected from DropLists in Col B.

Works perfectly except for "Not confident", which is filling the cell with the blue fill for "Confident", even though CF is set to Specific Text beginning with "Not"

Have also tried as straightforward "Cell equals K5", and that did not work either.

All solutions, suggestions and alternatives welcome as ever.

It is because of the ordering of the various rules that you have set up. The CF rules are checked in the order that they occur (and you have Stop if True set, so the other rules will not be checked once a true condition has been found). All you need to do is to move the rule for "Not" to be above the rule for contains Confident.
