Remove Horizontal Duplicates Function?

I have ~300 rows that contain anywhere from 1 to ~50 columns per row. These rows may contain duplicate values in the columns. I would like to be able to get rid of the duplicate values and limit it to unique values. Is there a way to do this without have to move each row individually and turn it into a column?

I have attached a sample of what potential data could look like and what I would like it to look like. The sample data does not reflect the business data I am working with.

One of my associates took it upon himself to manipulate the data manually, so I don't need a function for it at this time.
