count IF formula question

Hello,

I'm using this formula =COUNTIF(A5:ZZ5,"PCB") successfully and would like to add a IF to it, IF another cell is within a date range. In other words =COUNTIF(A5:ZZ5,"PCB" and "is a date in the month of July"). Does that make sense and if so any ideas? thanks Jack

Where are the corresponding cells with the dates? in the same sheet few cells above

Do the dates need to be in July in a particular year, or the year doesn't matter? This is important because there are two completely different solutions for those two cases. The dates would be in the month of 7/1/21 to 7/31/21. If the dates in the sell are in that range and A5:ZZ5,"PCB" then count. Hope that makes sense.
