    Distinct Value with conditions formula

    I am trying to enter a formula to get the number of unique Purchase Orders for a given Vendor.
    Please help!

    Example:
    PO Vendor
    11232 Sobeys
    23332 Sobeys
    34243 Macs
    23332 Sobeys
    55645 Macs
    23434 Taylors
    23332 Sobeys

    The results should be
    Sobeys 2
    Macs 2
    Taylor 1
