Formula to Dynamically Reference Cell in Another Worksheet

I have a book with multiple tabs and then a summary sheet on the first tab. I'm trying to extract data from corresponding cells on each tab based on criteria from the summary sheet.

I tried to use the Indirect formula based on google search but what I enter is not returning a value. Ideally, I'd like to make the formula dynamic enough that I can change the period and it will update the cell reference. The true workbook has over 6k lines so I'm trying to get a formula that requires the least amount of hand typing sheet references into the formula.

    Close, but not quite:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

but that will only work for cell H2 on each sheet. You'd need a more complex formula to match the department as well as the store.

Also noticed that if you get rid of the spaces in the sheet name and the cell it worked without changing your formula.

This is the formula you need to match Store, Dept and Period.
