Match in the query

Dear Team,

Please find my query in the attachment and below. Please assist.

Example1
Below value in A4 and B4 are same, however not in order. I need a function which says it's a match, irrespective of the order. Please assist

SLYTHERIN|RAVENCLAW|GRYFFINDOR|HUFFLEPUFF gryffindor|hufflepuff|ravenclaw|slytherin

Example 2
In respect to the above example, if there is a change ( as below) , the change in B7 is the word Dr Fruits, it should say a no match

SLYTHERIN|RAVENCLAW|GRYFFINDOR|HUFFLEPUFF gryffindor|hufflepuff|ravenclaw|Dry Fruits
