Index match/return data based on value

    Hi guys,

I am building a skills matrix.

I would like to know how I can do maybe an index match with a row and column involved.

Basically in cell P2 on my sheet I want names to be return from cells B:H, separated by a comma, to show who has a skill level of 2 and above and capable of doing a task.

I have included an example of what I hope to see.

    M2: has client meeting.
P2: should look at m2 (client meeting), then from the table on the left, client meeting is in cell A7, the names with a score of 2 or more should be returned in P2: Granit, Joan, Julie, Lauren, Lam, Sard

    I hope this makes sense
    thank you

    R.
