Pulling forward data under filter conditions

    I have a tricky one.

I have four days (represented on four different tabs)
The content on each tab looks exactly the same.
If you look on tab 1 (day 1) I have filled in some comments for the different work areas.
I would like the entire comments in the cell with ONLY an asterisk * after it, to pull forward to days 2, 3 and 4 in the exact same cells. If the cell doesn't have an asterisk, it doesn't need to be pulled forward.
I am thinking I use a filter function but not sure.
BTW, If the asterisk symbol can't be used, I am fine with using the $ symbol.

    I have attached an example.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
