    Mode with 0's excluded is throwing #N/A Error

    Hi Everyone!,

    I am a beginner Excel user and this formula below is driving me absolutely stir crazy.
    I have rows of data in adjacent cells. Here's a sample row.

    0 653 0 0 0

    The formula is entered using Ctrl,Alt,Del in the cell next to the last 0 but it keeps presenting the #N/A error.

    {=MODE(IF(A1:D1<>0,A1:D1))}

    What I am hoping to get is 653 as the Mode not Zero. My Excel Version is 2016. Thanks in Advance !

    Welcome to the forum.

    7 is NOT an MS Office version - please update your profile accordingly.

    There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

    If supplied numbers does not contain any duplicates, MODE will return #N/A.

    Windows 10 is NOT an Office version, either. Please update your forum profile with Excel 2016. Thanks.

    As I advised, please attach a workbook.

    Please attach a workbook.

    The Excel MAX function returns the largest numeric value in a range of values. The MAX function ignores empty cells, the logical values TRUE and FALSE, and text values
