Help on sort filter formula based on cash or bank

Hi

Kindly asking for help on my formula: SORT, FILTER on cell Q4, to produce the desired outcome on X4. Please note that on X2 there is drop down list, so that when you select cash it produces report for only cash items and if select bank it produces report for bank items only.

Thank you for the formula. It is working well. However, there certain numbers I do not understand in the formula: {0,1,1,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,1,1} What does these numbers represent or help to achieve in the formula?
