Dropdown formula and function

Thanks to help from a member of the forum, the dropdown options in dashboard tab are linked to GetPivotData.

The drop down options in the Dashboard tab= B2 (Region) and E2 (Local area).

Currently the dropdown populates value by selecting option in B2 and then E2 showing the value for E2.

Is it possible to populate value for B2 only if this is selected and only show E2 if this is selected.

Do I need to add an if statement for value selected on the dropdown?
