if A8="Job Owner", and AC2:ac19= "DS" and "NS", AND AC8="DS", THEN (0.5*AY9), OTHERWISE ""

Appreciate your help.
Your requirement doe not make sense: AC2:AC19= DS" OR "NS" AND AC8="DS"
