Unique filtered list with exclusion conditions

Hi,

I've been trying to pull out a UNIQUE list (excluding blanks) with FILTER formula and all good with that.
But how do you add condition to formula, so user could define additional "key words" to be excluded from UNIQUE list? I know how to use AND, OR with FILTER formula, but how to exclude (not just blanks but also with other variables) with FILTER formula?
