Vlookup returning a zero when left blank

My formula is "=VLOOKUP('Raw Data'!A1,'CUSTOMER BIO DATA (3)'!A2:K144,3,FALSE)"

My issue is I have a sheet with customer name and address. I ship to commercial areas and in doing so some times I need a second street address. An example would be:
    123 Butter Nut LN
    Suite 1
    Garner, NC 27529

When the second line (street address 2) is left blank in the sheet the formula retrieves the information from the above formula returns a (0) zero.

Is there any way to return nothing / leave it blank?

thank you for your time in advance.

    Respectfully,
    Sean

    Try this:

    =IFERROR(1/(1/VLOOKUP('Raw Data'!A1,'CUSTOMER BIO DATA (3)'!A2:K144,3,FALSE)),"")
