How to return a range of dates between two cell values (workday only)?

Hello - I have the workbook attached where I want the workdays returned if they fall between cell values B3 and F3 but also need to exclude the dates in column J.

I know I need to use the workday function but get #value! error when I try and use it (see cell h7). Any ideas why?

Also, cell D7 and F7 are not returning the next date like it's supposed to and I don't get why.
