Amortization table for line of credit with incremental loan amounts, variable int rates

In search of a loan amortizer with these features:
    • Preferably Excel,
    • Capable of adding three separate loans to the original loan,
    • Capable of changing future interest rates,
    • Capable of accepting payments of irregular amounts at varying dates,
    • Capable of producing reports showing, with yearly intervals, beginning and ending balance, total principal paid, total interest paid.

Note: I attempted, and failed, at using LoanAmortizerEnterpriseEdition to create four separate loans, w separate start dates, revising interest rates over time, receiving payments at irregular times, then exporting each LA file to its respective Excel worksheet, then creating a worksheet that combined cells from the four worksheets. I'm hoping to bypass LoanAmortizerEnterpriseEdition and use Excel.

    Thanks for reading,

    Jonathan Smith

If you mocked up what you were wanting, I am sure the formula could be calculated to do this, but I am having a hard time picturing what you want your solution to look like. is some of the things in this spreadsheet along the lines of what you want to build on

Hope it helped a little. I found it several years ago when I was wanting to compare mortgages and the effect of overpayment, it seems a reasonable starting point for you. Someone else did the hard work to start with!
