E2 =UNIQUE(A2:A21)
F2 =IF(I2="","",FILTER(B2:B21,(A2:A21=I2)*(C2:C21=K2))) (copied down)
G2 =IF(I2="","",MAXIFS(C2:C21,A2:A21,I2)) (copied down)
